Thank You and Happy Holidays!

I've mentioned to some of you recently of the moment walking from the train station to my car, reflecting on the week I'd had, where I said to myself, 'gosh, my work is like one big personal development program!'. What I meant is that my work - in addition to walking alongside exceptional CFOs and their teams - tests me. It pushes me to my limits, forcing me to look in the mirror and grow...and that can be trying at times.

But gosh, it's worth it.

As I've reflected on the year, there are many highlights that my team and I celebrated earlier this week. There have also been some tough times, moments of self-doubt and difficult decisions. And there have been the bits that sit in between - the BAU shall we say.

All of these experiences together have created the tapestry of 2022 and it's beautiful, diverse and is a great platform on which to start next year.

As we transition through 2022 into 2023, I'd like to thank you for being part of our community and wish for you a holiday period that sets you up for a vibrant new year where you're firmly in the driver's seat.
