Happy Holidays!

First off, I want to congratulate you for making through another year of pivots, shifts and restarts. I know it hasn't been easy at all times, but it's been a delight for me to watch CFOs like you continue to thrive in the spotlight.

What I hope for you during this time is that you have the opportunity to reflect on the year that has been and you take the time to recognise and celebrate the many wins you've had. In doing this, you reaffirm your commitment to yourself, the people around you and the communities your business serves and it puts you in a position to put your best foot forward for 2022.

When I've been out speaking with clients over the past few weeks they've been telling me how much they need a rest, but can't help but feel inspired by the possibilities and ideas ahead of them next year as they capitalise on their ability to add greater value to their businesses, level up their teams, and have a positive impact on the people around them - particularly at home!
